Johnny served in senior executive roles spanning business development, human capital, consumer behavior, sales, and performance strategy. His work has focused on increasing revenue, expanding market share, strengthening customer loyalty, improving performance, and uncovering opportunities businesses often overlook.

Johnny holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Business Law with a minor in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas and a master’s degree in Consumer Behavior & Human Performance from Southern Methodist University.
